All Sales Are Final.
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our fragrances and handcrafted goods, August Beaumont cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our studio, it cannot be reintroduced into our inventory.
Damages and Issues
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our offerings. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged shipment:
Email us at contact@augustbeaumont.com
Include your order number.
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once the package is handed to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
